Please allow 5 working days to arrive as this item has to be printed/created to each customers specifications.

As this item is a 'personalised' product we obviously cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake with the printing which is very rare indeed.

If your image does not seem to upload, simply email it us via sales @ kidselectriccars.co.uk along with your order number - we will email back you back to confirm we have received it.

Please note that you will not receive a 'real' mot certificate or 'real' drivers license. The ones we send out do differ from the ones shown in the image as these are for imitation purposes to show customers the different types of personalised product received in this popular kit.

Lastly - Please note that the mega personalised packs include a keyring which are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months due to the small part components.
